Usami Ichika, una chica de segundo año de instituto que adora los dulces, se entera que su madre iba a volver a casa tras haber estado trabajando en el extranjero, decide que tenía que celebrarlo, así que acepta el reto de ponerse a preparar una tarta para recibirla. Y entonces una pequeña hada llamada Pekorin caída del cielo y la convierte en algo más. Ahora, como Cure Whip, se dedica a proteger los dulces con los que las personas expresan su amor a los demás.
